‘Move Like This’ by Hari Koutlakis
Tarndanya / Adelaide based painter and muralist, Hari Koutlakis, invites you to step inside his latest immersive installation and exhibition, ‘Move Like This’. This is the first time the general public will have the opportunity to experience one of Koutlakis’ installations, as all of his previous works have been created for ticketed festivals and events.
Specialising in monochrome paintings, illustrations, and installations, Koutlakis’ work weaves together a collage of shape, line and movement creating his signature flowing pattern, distinctly recognisable, while still evolving and changing in response to the space and time they inhabit.
While known for his black and white asymmetrical patterns, Koutlakis is by no means opposed to experimentation.
This exhibition is proudly supported by Daily Grind and also the Adelaide Fringe, following on from Hari’s successful involvement in previous years Adelaide Fringe Street Art Explosion.
This is an opportunity for the public to connect, move and wander as they step inside the works of one of South Australia’s most recognisable emerging artists.
